BuildLeague Finals: Enterprise AI & Automation

Not a conference. The visible conclusion of eight weeks of real enterprise challenges — matches, finals and champions decided by evidence, in front of the buyers who own the problems.

100–200 curated participants. There is no paid stage and no application fee — the only way in is through the league.

The match format

Every finalist gets identical time, against the enterprise's actual workflow, scored independently.

5 min
Problem recap
The enterprise challenge owner restates the problem, baseline and target — the same brief every finalist qualified against.
12 min
Demonstration
Product demonstration against the required workflow. No vision decks; the rubric was locked weeks ago.
8 min
Evaluator questions
Independent evaluators probe evidence, architecture and implementation. All conflict disclosures are on file.
Independent scoring
Evaluators score separately against the locked rubric. Scores and reasoning feed the enterprise’s decision memo.

One day, built around the work

The event begins eight weeks earlier, when the season's challenges lock. The day itself is the conclusion.

Morning
Challenge briefings
Enterprise owners present their problems in closed practitioner sessions. Buyers meet the field before the matches.
Midday
Match stages
Three to four matches run in parallel tracks. Each finalist receives identical time against the same rubric.
Afternoon
Finals & clinics
Pilot-result finals between the season’s strongest finalists, implementation clinics with deployment pods, closed buyer–builder rooms.
Evening
Champions session
Verified production outcomes from the season take the stage. Curated networking follows.
T+30/90
Outcome verification
Pilot SOWs and production decisions are tracked after the event; outcome Proof Cards publish where consented.

What sponsors can and cannot buy

Sponsors fund the arena, not the scoreboard. The firewall is contractual and public.

Qualification or shortlist placementJudge seats tied to spendScoring influence of any kindAccess to confidential submissionsChallenge victory or Champion status

Every evaluator files a conflict disclosure; material conflicts mean recusal. An Audience Choice award exists — it is never the enterprise’s procurement decision.

Champions are made in production, not on stage.

Match winners earn paid pilots. Champion status is only awarded when a verified production outcome exists. The event’s success metric is not attendance — it is how many enterprise deployments moved forward.
